Long-Time Local Resident Dies
Mrs. Cora Truesdell, 69 years old, resident of Phoenix for 27 years, died early last night in her home on Olivet road just west of Chicago avenue. She was the wife of Gene Truesdell, citrus Grower. She had been ill for a year.
Mrs. Truesdell was a native of Waynesville, Mo.
Surviving are in addition to her huband, one daughter, Mrs. Sidney Small, and two sons, Ray and John, all of Phoenix; one brother, Dr. F. C. Tyree of Missouri; and three sisters, Mrs. Millie Felker and Maude Tyree of Vienna, Mo., and Mrs.Jessie Felker, Joplin, Mo.
Funeral arrangements are pending.

Local Woman's Funeral Is Set
Funeral services for Mrs. Cora L. Truesdell, 67-year-old Phoenician who died at her home on Olivett avenue Friday afternoon after a paralytic stroke, will be held at 11 o'clock this morning in the A. L. Moore and Son Mortuary.
Interment will be in Greenwood Memorial Park.
A Native of Marysville, Mo., she was educated at the University of Missouri. With her family she came to Arizona in 1908 and has been a resident of the state since then.
She was a member of the Bible Students of America.
Surviving are her husband, Gene Truesdell, for many years a foreman in the city water department; three children, Ray Truesdell and John Truesdell, both of Phoenix, Arizona; Mrs. Sidney S. Small Los Angeles; a brother, Dr. Fred Tyree, Wayne, Kan., and three sisters, Jessie Felker, Millie Felker and Maude Tyree of Missouri.
