Service held 1:30 PM Tuesday, 23 Feb 1982 at Grace United Methodist Church with Rev. Fred Pierce officiating.

Daughter of Dr. EJ Ringena and Edith Cain Ringena. Married: Edwin Landes Montgomery 2 Oct 1931. Two daughters: Linda(Jack) Hall and Martha Montgomery; three grandchildren; Lori Leigh Hall; Stephen Jay Hall; and Darren Scott Hall.
A devoted mother, wife and teacher. During WWII she also became assistant principal at Brooklyn High School. She taught math and English. She later quit to raise her family, but taught again in Guernsey before it consolidated with Brooklyn and Malcom to become BGM. She was an excellent cook. Her home was always open to visitors, friends, and family. She loved playing bridge and cribbage.
She was a 50 year member of Eastern Star and past matron of the Brooklyn Chapter. She belonged to Columbian Club, a canasta club, a bridge club for couples, and one for just the ladies. Her love of books helped her to be one of the founding members of the Brooklyn Library Board as it moved to its new home in the Manatt Home. She helped create the 100 yearbook to celebrate Brooklyn's Schools 100 year anniversary. She was also active in the Republican Party .
