Dunfermline, Ill. - J. Eloise Wilson, 83, of Dunfermline, died at 4:41 a.m. Wednesday February 27, 2008 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

She was born on June 30, 1924 in Ellisville, Ill. to Willis R. and Marie (Dalton) Harkless.
She married William W. Wilson on January 22, 1948 in Canton. He survives.

Surviving are two sons Charles B. Wilson of Dunfermline and Milton B. Wilson of Lannon, Wis., and one brother Harold B. (Carol) Harkless of Morton.

Eloise was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church of Canton. She was a former member and officer of the Wally Byam Caravan Club International. She was a 1942 graduate of Canton High School.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton. There will be no visitation. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Fairview, Ill.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Buckheart Fire and Rescue Unit.
