Wayne Pitcock, 38, of Kelso, died Wednesday night after a brief illness.

The funeral was Satruday at Higgins Funeral Home. The Rev. Terrell Bain officiated and burial was in Gum Springs Cemetery.

Mr. Pitcock was a native of Lincoln County, son of the late William Elbert and Dorothy Juanita Tucker Pitcock. He was a self-employed painter.

He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Debbie Bailey of Fayetteville; and three brothers, Phillip R. Pitcock of Kelso and James E. Pitcock and Michael A. Pitcock, both of Fayetteville.
