Funeral services for Agnes Emma David, 62 were held Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the Schutte Funeral home in Postville to St. Paul's Lutheran church in that city at 2 o'clock with Rev. R.C. Schlueter of Monona officiating.
Burial is in the Monona Lutheran Cemetery.
She died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lorenz Willman, in Postville, Sunday afternoon, July 12, at 4:30 o'clock,
after a lingering illness.
She was born a daughter of Fred and Ricka (Martin) David, Aug. 2, 1890, at Guttenberg. She was married to Harry Bothel at Dubuque, November 16, 1922.
She spent most of her life in the Monona community, being engaged in nursing, working as long as her health permitted.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Lorenz (Shirley) Willman of Postville; her mother, Mrs. Ricka David of Monona; two sisters, Hattie David of Monona and Mrs. Melbert (ertha) Folsom of St. Cloud. Minn; one brother
Alfred David of Monona; and two grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father and one brother.
Music at the services was provided by Paul Schutte, soloist. He was accompanied at the organ by his wife.
