Leo M. Allard was born on March 8, 1940 in Belcourt to John and Antoinette (Malaterre) Allard.

A visitation will begin at 5 PM on Monday, December 26, 2016 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Belcourt, ND with a Rosary Service at 7 PM. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 10 AM in the church with Fr. Tony Hession, S.O.L.T. presiding. Burial will be in St. Ann’s Catholic Cemetery, Belcourt, ND in the spring.
