Isabelle Daugherty Crow was born the 25th of December, 1855 in Hardin County, Kentucky to John N. Daugherty and his wife Elizabeth ane McMillen Daugherty.

In 1872 she married John Henry Crow.

On the 28th of July, 1900 she is listed on the census as living with her husband John Crow in the Indian Territory, Chicasaw Nation. They had five children at that time.

1903 Her husband died of gunshot wounds to the face. There was an inquest but no one was charged.

The 1910 U.S. Census for Martin Township, Muskogee, Oklahoma shows her as being 52 years old and that she had given birth to nine children with seven living at the time of the census. She is with her daughter Ada and son-in-law, S.E. Bagley and their children.

In the 1920 U.S. Census she is in the home of William L. Crow, her oldest son on East Street in Ontario, San Bernardino County. She is 61 years old and it indicates that she was born in Kentucky and her parents were born in Kentucky.

1930 Census shows she is in Brawley, Imperial County, California living with her son Zelmar and his family. She was listed as his mother 76 years old and a widow born in Indiana, father from Scotland and mother from Kentucky.

She spent most of her time living with her daughter Ada Crow and Samuel Bagley, Ada's husband.

She died at the age of 95 in Barstow, San Bernardino County, California.
