Funeral services are set for Tuesday, May 7 at the Brune and Buck Mortuary Chapel in Bishop for Frances A. Cooley, 88. The Rev. Caddy Jackson of the First United Methodist Church in Bishop will officiate. Mrs. Cooley, a resident of Mammoth Lakes for 36 years, was born July 7, 1907 in Portland, Maine, and died April 25 at home. She is survived by daughter Pastsy Hamilton of Mammoth Lakes; grandchildren: Blanche Nisbet, William Hamilton, Brian Hamilton, Barry Hamilton, Bret Hamilton; four great-grandsons; sisters Elizabeth Davis of Anaheim, Jeanette Lombardo of Arroyo Grande, Esther Willis of Fallbrook, and Ruth Sego of Santa Barbara; and numerous nieces and nephews. Interment will be at Mono Lake Cemetery in lee Vining Tuesday, May 7.
