MRS. LUCY C. HINTON – HARDINSBURG, KY. – Mrs. Lucy Catherine Hinton, 51, of Kirk, Ky., died at 5 a.m. Sunday at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Walter Kiefer of Louisville. Surviving are her husband, James Milton Hinton, Kirk; four sons, Thomas and James Hinton of Louisville, Joseph and William Hinton of Kirk; three daughters, Mrs. Thomas Roach, Dawson, IL., Mrs. Charles Taul, Cloverport, and Mrs. Walter Kiefer, Louisville; 18 grandchildren; her father, Thomas Bland, Kirk; five brothers, James, Johnny, Joseph and Thomas Bland, all of Louisville; Tillford Bland, McQuady; two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Payne, McQuady, and Mrs. Margaret DeJarnett, Muldraugh. Funeral services will be conducted at 9 a.m. Tuesday from the St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church in McQuady. The Rev. Henry Dalster will officiate. The Rosary will be recited today at 7 p.m. The body is at the Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg.
