Surviving are his wife, Pearl; his three children; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; his two brothers; two sisters; several nieces and nephews.

Services are 1 p.m. Thursday at the Cook Funeral Home, Jenison Chapel, with the Rev. Henry VanWyk officiating. Burial will be in Georgetown Cemetery.

Visiting is 3:30-5 and 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
