Catherine "Kitty" Smith Cotita, 80, 120 E. Sunset Ave., Warrington, died Saturday, Januray 17, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Cotita, was the former owner of the Pizza House restaurant in Warrington. She was born in Liverpool, England., but had resided in Pensacola for the past 54 years. She was naturalized in March, 1934. She was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church in Warrington.

She was preceeded in death by her parents, William and Mary (Dyar) Smith, her brothers, William and Thomas Smith, and sisters Mary Jane, Elizabeth, Caroline, Bella and Annie Smith.

She is survived by two daughters, Margaret Marchelos (Robert) of Warrington and Nancy (Gene) Loadholtz, of Gulf Breeze; three grandchildren (Linda Garton (Tom), Joseph Mann (Peggy), Ann Marchelos), and four great grandchildren (Thomas and Kathryn Garton; Melissa and Jennifer Mann.

Funeral services will be conducted in the chapel of Waters & Hibbert at 9 a.m. Wednesday with Solemn High Mass at St. John’s Catholic Church at 9:30 a.m. The rosary will be said at 7:30 Tuesday evening at the Funeral home.

Interment at St. John's Catholic Cemetery, 451-515 S Old Corry Field Rd, Warrington, FL.
