Audencia C. Hogge
Audencia C. "Audie" Hogge, 97, 2100 Maple Dr. No 41, died Friday Dec. 30, at McKee Medical Center.
She was born March 11, 1891, in Crescent City, Iowa, to Sylvester V. and Margaret Currie Pratt. She married Harvey James Hogge April 29, 1915, in Kansas City, Mo. They moved to Loveland in 1916 from Missouri, She was a homemaker. Harvey was the first superintendent of the power plant in the Big Thompson Canyon. He preceded her in death Oct. 27, 1956.
She is survived by grandsons, Richard, M. "Rick" Hogge and wife Susan of Morrison, and James D. Hogge of Port Orange, Fla; daughter-in-law, Virginia B. Hogge of Blairsville, Fla.; great-grandson, Clint D. Hogge of Morrison; and great-grandaughter, Wendy J. Hogge of Port Orange. She was preceded in death by a son Dr. Donald Hogge July 25, 1965
She wa a member of the Pioneer Foothill Friendship Club and the Drake Club, and a former member of the Big Thompson Canyon Association. She served on the Big Thompson School District Board.
Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home is in charge of the services and arrangements.
