About 1851 in McNairy County, Tennessee, Susan and James Thomas Anderson were married. They had eleven children.

The picture of Susan was taken from an old tin picture that is in the old Anderson Family Bible. This Bible was given to my gr-grandmother, Cyntha Ann (Pond) Anderson on January 6, 1886 by her husband, John Alexander Anderson, the oldest child of James and Susan Anderson. This Bible is now in my possession, and it is full of the old tin type pictures.

I took the picture of Susan's headstone in June of 1997.

Susan was my gr-gr-grandmother.
