Cecil R. Anderson, 86, died Tuesday at Regency Health Care Center. He was a native of Lincoln County; a retired bus driver for the old Louisville Transit Co., where he worked 31 years; and a member of Highview Baptist Church. Survivors: his wife, the former Frances Cheser; sons Manuel H. and John D. Anderson; sisters Beatrice Bodner, Bertha Phillips and Geneva Bunch; brothers Shirley and Sterling Anderson; and six grandchildren. Funeral: 11:30 a.m. Saturday, McAfee, 4501 Bardstown Road.
