Mabel Wall Valentino, daughter of the late Felix Davis and Rosetta Dotson Davis, was born Feb. 5, 1899 in Oregon Co., MO; and departed this life Dec. 13 in the West Plains Memorial Hospital, at the age of 78 years.
She was united in marriage in Oregon Co., MO to Steve Wall, who preceded her in death. Later she was united in marriage to Tony Valentino, who preceded her in death.
Her parents, two brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.
She is survived by two sons, Glen Wall of Hanna City, IL; and Gene Wall of Peoria, IL; three brothers, Frank Davis of Alton, MO; Willie Davis of Springdale, CA; and Jess Davis of Peoria, IL; four sisters, Lila Forester of Alton, MO; Georgia Hagy of Alton, MO; Avilla Huddleston of Koshkonong, MO; and Aggie Jolliff of Peoria, IL.
She was a member of the Church of Christ at Alton.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 17 at the Huddleston Chapel with Bro. Bill Bales officiating. Interment was in Huddleston Cemetery under the direction of Carter Funeral Home of Thayer, MO.
