7-27-23 thanks to Skip Allen (49410994) for clarification with parent links:
Several census show his birth as 1845 but they are incorrect. Wiley's parents are Jehu Allen and Amy Jones. Amy died in 1839. In 1840 Hinds County, Jehu is living with his three children and no wife. They are next door to James O. Wilson. In 1850, Jehu moves to Simpson County with his new wife Rachel Easterling. His three children, James E Allen 22, Susan Allen 20 and Wiley Allen 12 are in Jehu's house in Hinds County. James O. Wilson is one door away, and in between is C. J. Warren {Curtis J. Warren}, Amy Jones' nephew.

Wylie's birth needs changed to 1838.
1840 census he is a male under 5 (c.1835-1840).
1850 says age 12 (ca.1838).
1870 says age 32 (ca.1838).
1880 says age 36 (ca.1844).
1900 says age 55, Feb 1845. He died in 1903.

Also, I think I have his wife Elizabeth Banks wrong. It is Elizabeth Banks, but it is Martha E. Banks, daughter of Vincent Banks. I found a court record against Rachel Allen, 2nd wife of Jehu Allen, W. E. Dickson (son of Rachell Allen by her first marriage), Vincent Banks, Letitia Banks, L.Q. Banks and Martha E. Banks (daughter of Vincent Banks). In the court hearing she is deceased. Ann and I are working on this and will let you know the outcome. We have been working on it since the 60s.
