Sweetwater - Ramon Acuna, 90, died Saturday, February 11, 1995 at a local hospital.
Rosary will be at 7:30 p.m. today in the Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home Chapel. Service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church with burial in Sweetwater Cemetery.
He was born August 31, 1904 in Mexico. He was a farmer and a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
Survivors include five sons, Si Acuna and Ysidro Navarette, both of Sweetwater, Richard Acuna of Odessa, Ruben Navarette of Roscoe, and Raul Navarette of La Puente, Calif.; two daughters, Alvirna Albreiz of La Puente, Calif. and Angie Garcia of Temple; three brothers, Pascual Acuna and Luis Acuna, both of Trent, and Jessie Acuna of Brownwood; two sisters, Ruby Acuna of Trent and Amy Dulany of Houston; 39 grandchildren; and 42 great-grandchildren.
