Obituary:
Richard N. Heimsoth, 65, of 1336 N. Wahneta St., Allentown, died Thursday in Muhlenberg Hospital Center. He was the husband of Lois (Duff) Heimsoth for 43 years in August.
He was an automobile salesman for the former Bob Martin Volkswagen, Whitehall Township, and Bob Martin Used Cars, Lower Saucon Township, for 25 years until retiring in 1980. Previously, he was a salesman at Good Time Chrysler-Plymouth, Emmaus, and a laborer at Bethlehem Steel Corp.
Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Charles and Helen (Haney) Heimsoth.
He was a member of Notre Dame of Bethlehem Catholic Church.
He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War, serving on the USS Purdy.
Survivors: Wife; sons, Neil R. of Hanover Township and Charles J. of Tracy, Calif.; daughters, Debora, wife of Robert Roebuck of Freemont, Calif., and Dona, wife of Luke R. Cunningham of Hanover Township; brother Donald of Catasauqua and 15 grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Marcie and a son, Richard Neil Jr.
Services: 9:15 a.m. Monday, Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem; Mass at 10 a.m. in the church. Call 7-9 p.m. Sunday.
