Sarah Jane was the daughter of John and Nancy Crowley Wilson from Tennessee. Sarah was born in Missouri. Apparently she married more than once. It is unclear to this compiler at this writing but will be included eventually. Sarah did marry, according to records from family, and census, Thomas Jefferson Blackwell born in 1833 in Kentucky and there where many children. It looks to me like Sarah married Sidney Franklin Blackwell in later life after something happened to Thomas and was buried with him near Macon. Maybe another Blackwell cousin or closer. Thomas`s parents where William and Elizabeth Lynch Blackwell both born in Kentucky but some sources site Virginia. Thomas`s siblings are Elizabeth C. Blackwell Hanna(2/21/1836-4/29/1929), Cicero, James, Nancy, and Wilburn. Sarah`s siblings are;

Sarah`s father John moved from Campbell County, Tennessee, with a brother, to Clay County, Missouri sometime around 1823. On 12/25/1823 John and Nancy Crowley where married in Clay County.
