Edwardsburg - Allene Allen, 86, of 70185 Five Points Road, died at 8:40 a.m. Tuesday in her home. Miss Allen retired in 1968 as a school teacher after 45 years. She was born July 23, 1904, in Mason Twp., Cass County. Surviving are a sister, Marguerite Little of Edwardsburg; and three nephews. Miss Allen was a graduate of Western Michigan University. She was a member of Mason Township Baptist church, the Cloverleaf Grange, Adamsville, Mason-Union Garden Club, and was a volunteer at the Cass County Medical Care Facility.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the church. Burial will be in Five Points Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
