Dateline-Waterloo, SC Cole L. Blease, Jr. age 77 of 2547 River Folk Rd. died Friday, March 26th at the Hospice of Laurens County in Clinton. He was born in Cross Hill, SC and was a son of the late Cole L. Blease, Sr. and the late Mamie Lou Matthews Blease. Mr. Blease was retired from Palmetto Spinning and was retired from the US Army Airborne Division serving his country for 23 years. He is survived by one son, Cole "Lanny" Blease III of the home; one daughter, Lisa Davis (Ricky Parker) of Waterloo; one sister, Nancy Bass of Simpsonville; and three granddaughters, Kamrie Jean Blease, Michelle Barnette (Bruce), Amy Goolsby (Alan). Mr. Blease was predeceased by his wife, Susie Blease. A memorial service with Military Honors will be conducted Sunday, Mar. 28th at 2:00 p.m. at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Laurens by Rev.
