Following a tragic accident which shocked the entire community, and brought grief to hundred of people in this section of the Panhandle, Mrs. Annie B. Guinn and her four-year-old grandson, Johnnie Emanuel Blevins, died in the Wellington Hospital Monday from burns received earlier in the day when gasoline exploded while Mrs. Guinn was engaged in cleaning clothing at her home in Quail.
Johnnie Emanuel Blevins was born at Quail December 14, 1926. Besides his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Caroll Blevins of Quail, he is survived by his brother, Howard, age 7, and his grandfather, J. E. Blevins of Quail.
