Survivors include his wife, Fannie, of the home; son, Noah Francis and wife, Jerri, of Blue Jacket; daughters, Kathy Buchanan and Gary Walls of Wilburton, Audrey Blansett and husband, Kevin Sr. of Wilburton; five grandchildren, Kevin Jr. "Spider", Kanan, Blake, Lindsay, Nicholas, three brothers, Melvin Francis, Virgil Francis both of Wilburton, Willard Francis of Belfry, Montana; three sisters, Juanita Tubbs of Wilburton, Clara Jaquez of Purcell and Joyce McCullar of Tomaha.
He was proceded in death by his parents and brothers, Robert Francis and J.W. Francis.
