The following letter was sent to me by a family member.
Helen Carter was born in Sioux Pass, Montana, Feb. 15, 1918 according to the hand written letter I received from her. She died in Boise, Idaho Jan. 23, 1998. She was the daughter of Squire Thomas Rice and Pearl Agnes Lloyd, she had 9 brothers and sisters. She was the mother of two daughters and a son found in 2018.
The grave stone may say Helen was born in 1919 but the family knows the truth so I'll go with the family as not everything carved in stone is correct.
Helen was married to Robert Ransom Hartley July 7, 1938, to that marriage was born one daughter, Audrey Ann. Robert passed away Jan.8, 1941. She was then married August 27, 1941 to Steve Durnan she gave birth a daughter Kay Elaine . She was divorced and later married Larry Carter July 27, 1953, who preceded her in death.
