Graveside service for Louie Hansford Allred, 74, of Valley, is Sunday, June 3, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. at Rosemere Cemetery. The Rev. John Dale Rector is officiating. Visitation is at Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Allred, who died Thursday, May 31, 2007, at East Alabama Medical Center, was born July 12, 1932, in Lee County, AL. Mr. Allred moved back to Opelika in 1976. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and VFW. He was retired from the Air Force and Ampex Corporation.
He is survived by a daughter, Karen Allred of Opelika; son, Darryl Allred (Lesa) Opelika; and a grandchild Heather
Allred.
