James Harold Brown, 64, of 58 Lyons St., husband of Mrs. Beulah Hedden Brown, died June 26, 1988, at Anderson Memorial Hospital. Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late Joseph W. and Essie Harbin Brown. He was an employee of Springs Mills, formerly of Orr-Lyons Mill, a U.S. Navy World War II veteran and a member of Orrville Baptist Church. Surviving are widow; son, Joey Brown of Anderson; brother, Harrison P. Brown of Anderson; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren. Services at 4 p.m. Wednesday at West Anderson Church of God. Burial in New Silver Brook cemetery. The body will be at the home after 11 a.m. Tuesday. The McDougald Funeral Home, Anderson, is in charge of the arrangements. West Anderson Church of God is a Pentecostal church.
