She was born in Glouster, Ohio and resided in Vero Beach since 1972. She was an executive housekeeper for multiple hospitals in Ohio before retiring. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.

She shared her deep faith in God with those she loved.

She was predeceased by her husband, James Hammond and son Richard Taylor.

Survived by son, William Taylor (Floella) granddaughter, Amy King (Donnie) and great grandson Zachary.

A memorial service was held at Asbury United Methodist Church, 1708 43rd Ave., Vero Beach. May 16 at 11:30 a.m.

Donations may be made in memory of Momma Mac to the Humane Society.
