Hank Alberts was born March 6, 1931 to Henry H. and Mary Rudloff Alberts. He was born at Fort Fetterman but since Orpha was the closest town his birth certificate shows Orpha.

He lived all of his life in Converse County. He married Betty Lou Tiedt on October 4, 1951 in Sheridan, Wyoming. They had two children: Dale LeRoy and Deborah Dee.

Hank spent most of his working days as an auto body mechanic. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and boating. He had an adventurous spirit and one of his many adventures took him to California to hunt Bigfoot.

He passed away December 6, 1999 in Douglas, Wyoming. He was survived by his wife, two children, and two grandchildren, Erik and Kevin Alberts. His parents; a sister, Lila Tarrant; and a brother, Robert Harris, preceded him.

Hank's information was obtained from family members, birth certificate, marriage certificate, death certificate, obituary in the Douglas Budget, Douglas, Wyoming Dec. 8, 1999 and funeral memory book. It is submitted by his wife, Betty Alberts.
