Tressa Fig Fraley, 59, went to be with the Lord on Sunday (December 14, 2014) at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN.
She was a lifelong resident of Appalachia and Big Stone Gap, VA, a 1974 graduate of Appalachia High School, and was of the Holiness faith. Tressa was a loving daughter, sister and aunt.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Fraley.
Surviving are her parents, William and Mary Lou (Culbertson) Fig; one brother, Mike Fig and wife Amanda of Dryden, VA and their daughter, Jaden Barnette; two sisters, Nedra and husband Jon Nieman of Seymour, TN and their daughter, Cheyenne and their son, Dakota, and Tammy and husband Lee Collier of Big Stone Gap and their son, David; longtime companion, Kenny Hill; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday (Dec. 19, 2014) at Holding Funeral Home (17 E. 3rd St., N.) in Big Stone Gap.
A graveside service will follow in Powell Valley Memorial Gardens at 2:00 p.m. on Friday (Dec. 19, 2014) with her uncle, Buddy Culbertson officiating. Family and friends will go in procession to cemetery following the visitation.
