BOSSIER CITY, LA - Funeral services for Mr. Milton H. Anderson will be held Saturday, August 6, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at Boone Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bill Eisle of Waller Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Park Cemetery St. Vincent in Shreveport. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Boone Funeral Home.
Mr. Anderson, a member of Martin McClanahan Masonic Lodge, was a long time resident of Bossier City. He was a retired firefighter.
His father, John Thomas Anderson; mother, Corda Haire Anderson; and brother, H.F. Anderson precede Mr. Anderson in death. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Marteal Miller Anderson; daughter, Jane Elizabeth Feazel of Bossier City; son, Gary Hugh Anderson of Plano, TX; brothers, J.T. Anderson of Mansfield, John Harold Anderson of Port Allen, Don Anderson of Allentown, PA; sisters, Dorothy Ryan of Mansfield, Elaine Billingsley of Gloster; six granddaughters, and four great-grandsons.
Pallbearers will be Albert S. Smith, Wiley Murphy, Eugene Holt, Christopher Billingsley, Michael Harmon, and John David Clarkston.
Donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
