Lucy first married Jim Tom Fulce in 1921 and had four children, Etna Cleo Fulce 1921 – 1940, Verlie Lee Fulce Havens Bolshaw 1923 – 1995, John Elmer Fulce 1927 – 2009 and Otha Lawrence Fulce 1931 – 1969.
Then in 1939 she married Thomas Watson Cross a widower with eight children, they had one child Bobby Cross.
Lucy then married Robert Allen some time later.
