Richard A. Tynan, age 78, passed away Monday, November 29, 2010.

Richard is survived by his high school sweetheart and loving wife of 57 years, Judy Metz Tynan; son, Patrick and his wife Mary of Wichita, Kansas; sisters, Mary Tynan and Ann Tynan Carpenter and husband Lon; numerous relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Walter Tynan, Sr., and Louise Feehan Tynan; and brother, Walter Tynan, Jr.

He was a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School and Trinity University and served in the United States Marine Corp during the Korean War.
