He is survived by his widow and by one daughter, Mrs. Hendrikus Klein of Pella. He leaves also five brothers: Tone in Canada, Henry in Mississippi, and Abe, James and Joe of Pella. Two sisters and one brother preceded him in death.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 23rd at 1:30 o'clock p.m. at the Co-operative Home for Funerals and at 2:00 o'clock at the Third Reformed Church, the Rev. Lawrence Borst in charge, he being assisted by Rev. Anthony Haverkamp. Interment was in Oakwood Cemetery.
