Robert W. Lyons, 55, of 1543 Falls Rd., Grafton, Wis., died Thursday at Columbia
Hospital, Milwaukee.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at First Lutheran Church chapel,
Manitowoc. The Rev. George J. Knudson will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Lyons was born Feb. 10, 1914, at Waverly, Ill., son of the late Robert H. and
Edith Crawford Lyons. He married Ruth M. Bartel of Manitowoc at La Porte, Ind.,
Dec. 31, 1937, and the couple has resided at Grafton the past 19 years. He was
employed by John Oster Mfg. Co. of Milwaukee as a tool and cutter grinder.
Survivors include the wife; two sisters, Mrs. Merle Campbell of Modesto, Ill., and
Mrs. Mildred WIllhelm of Waverly, Ill.; two brothers, Merle of Waverly and Joy of
Girard, Ill.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 6 o’clock this Friday
evening until 11:30 a.m. Saturday and then at the chapel until time of services.
