Martha Woodmansee Schroeder passed away on December 22, 2006. Martha's energetic life began when she was born to Helen King and T.J. Woodmansee on January 8, 1928 at Old Mercy Hospital, Oklahoma City, OK. Martha graduated from Classen High School and attended Ward Belmont in Nashville, TN for one year before marrying her high school sweetheart, Harry D. Schroeder in the year of 1946. She was known for her passions and activities in the Republican Party. Martha was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and later Covenant Presbyterian Church. Martha was known for her love of traveling and golf with Harry and they devoted their time mastering the golf courses in Oklahoma City and Palm Springs, CA. She will be missed by her husband Harry D. Schroeder and many family members including her daughters, Susan Beth Rutherford and Sally Lynn Goyette, her grandchildren Jennifer King Goyette, Danielle Schroeder Goyette, John Michael Goyette, David Woodmansee Fitzpatrick Goyette, her sister Lou Waters and brother-in-law Robert E. Waters, her nephews Randy and Rusty Waters, and her brother-inlaw and sister-in-law, A.F. and Cassie Schroeder and family. Memorial gifts may be made to House Ear Institute, 2100 W. 3rd Street, 5th Floor, Los Angles, CA 90057 or a charity of your choice.
