Barbara Rae Woodford Amos, born March 27, 1938, passed away on February 3, 2017. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Helen Woodford and her husband, Thomas Giles Amos. Surviving are her brothers, Henry Woodford and Lynwood Woodford; seven children, Bobby (Patty), Donnie (Genie), Ronnie (Wanda), Jerry, Denise Metts (Steve), Jimmy (Ashley), and Dana Shelburne (John); several grandchildren. She was raised on a beef and dairy farm in Huddleston. She attended Mount Ivy Christian Church. She loved crafting and painting and was a talented seamstress, quilter, and crochetier. Burial will be in Franklin Memorial Park.
