ROBERT WOOD DIES AT LOCAL HOSPITAL

Robert Reynolds Wood, 65, of 1700 McClung street, vice president of the Valley Real Estate company here, died at eleven o'clock last night at a local hospital following an operation which he underwent two weeks ago.
Mr. Wood was a native of Virginia. He was married to Miss Helena Gregard of New Orleans, Louisiana who survives him.
Other survivors are five children:
R. G. Wood of Baltimore
Mrs. W. W. Williams of Raleigh, N.C.
Mrs. J. A. Carrier of Charleston
Mrs. John E. Morvell Jr. of Martinsburg
Mrs. William Dunn of Richmond
two brothers and one sister:
James A. Wood of Glen Wilson, VA
George C. Wood of Huntington
Mrs. B. H. Price of Montevals, VA
who were with him at the time of his death, and ten grandchildren.
Mr. Wood was treasurer of the McCorkle Bible class at the First Presbyterian church and sang in the choir there.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
