Margarette Louise Wisdom Anderson, a resident of Harvest Manor Nursing Home, Denham Springs, and former longtime resident of Baton Rouge, passed to her eternal home into the perfect care of our Lord on Sunday, Aug. 24, 2008, at age 78. She was born Nov. 29, 1929, in Hodge. She was a very caring and devoted mother and homemaker and a member of Southside Baptist Church. Margarette graduated from LSU in 1952 with a bachelor's degree in home economics. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Tuesday, Aug. 26, was from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitation resumed at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by her pastor, Phil Yoho. She was laid to rest at Greenoaks Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Blvd.
