Jo-Ann "Jodi" Billington, 83, of Indianapolis, passed away August 20, 2016. She was born March 1, 1933 to the late Charles Williams and Frieda Mae Showecker Overton.
Jodi graduated from Tech High School in 1951. She was employed as an Administrative Assistant at Asbestos Workers Union Local #25 in Michigan for over 20 years, retiring in 1998. Jodi was a member of the Sweet Adeline Chorus for 10 years, as well as, a Director of two chapters in Michigan for 25 years. She was very active with Girl Scouts of America and Eastgate Christian Church.
Jodi is survived by her sons, Kevin and William Billington; brother, Zane Overton (Janet); two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two nephews, Zane Overton, II (Lynn) and Kent Overton (Julie).
Jodi was preceded in death by her mother, her step-father, Warren Overton; and a son, Mark Billington.
Services entrusted to Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel.
