"Freeze. Martha Dallas, wife of Jacob Freeze, died at her home in Graceham, early Wednesday morning, February 23, aged 82 years, 2 months and 26 days. Death was caused by a stroke of paralysis sustained on Monday night. Mrs. Freeze was a daughter of the late Perry G. and MaryThomas, formerly of Jefferson, this county. She is survived by her husband and the following daughters: Mrs. Nora Colliflower, of Baltimore; Mrs. Alvey Zimmerman, of Graceham, and Mrs. Gladstone Haugh, of Dayton, Ohio. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m., at thehome of her daughter, Mrs. Alva Zimmerman. Rev. S. T. Fitch of the Methodist Episcopal Church, and Rev. J. A. Brosius of St. John's Lutheran Church, Thurmont, will have charge of the services. Interment willbe made in the United Brethren Cemetery. Willhide & Creeger, funeraldirectors."
