Mrs. Marguritte Thach of Memphis died Friday, Jan. 1, 1999, in a Memphis hospital.
She was 74. A native of Jasper, she was the daughter of the late Lucion Carter and Beulah Howard Noell.
Survivors include her husband, John Thach, Germantown, Tenn.; two daughters, Phyllis Taylor, Germantown, and Pat Quick, Albuquerque, N.M.; two sisters, Peggy Morgan and Madeline Parker, both of Jasper; and four grandchildren.
Services were held at 1 p.m. CST today today at Rogers Funeral Home, Jasper, with the Rev. Greg Darden officiating.
Burial will be in Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens.
