Betty Louise Radford Edwards, 56, of 417 Faulkner St., died at 10:36am Monday at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.
Services will be at 11am Thursday at St. John Baptist Church, with the Rev. N.A. Kirby officiating and burial in Cave Spring Cemetery, Cerulean.
Visitation began this morning at Gamble Funeral Home with the family to greet friends from 7-8 tonight.
A native of Trigg County, she was born June 15, 1937, the daughter of the late Charlie and Betty Roach Radford. She was a homemaker and a member of St. John Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Mothers Board. Four children preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Odell Edwards; five sons, James Odell Edwards, Jr., Kuttawa, and Charlie Wayne Edwards, Jerry R. Edwards, Craig L. Edwards, and Steven T. Edwards, all of Hopkinsville; five daughters, Helen Mack, Gloria Wharton, Terri Edwards, Janice Edwards, and Tina Edwards, all of Hopkinsville; three brothers, Willie Lee Radford, Cerulean, and the Rev. E.D. Radford and Elgene Radford, both of Hopkinsville; three sisters, Mattie Wadlington, Mittie Irvin and Ella Mae Brandon, all of Cerulean; and 25 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
