Early Life: Carol was born November 23, 1936, to Afton and Naomi Pulsipher, in Provo, Utah.
Life's Work/Service/Interests: She married the love of her life, Gary Newman Perkins, on July 10, 1956, in Mapleton, Utah. They were sealed for time and eternity in the Manti Utah LDS Temple on June 13, 1970. Gary passed away on April 15, 2014. She loved sewing and worked in sewing factories for years. She was quite the homemaker, canning foods from her garden, making bread, sewing everything she could including crocheting and knitting She also loved going fishing, camping and other outdoor activities with her family. Sweet angel mother, Carol Pulsipher Perkins, of Springville, Utah, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2016, peacefully in Price, Utah. She was 79.
Survived By: Five children: Geraldine (Lorvin) Cottam, Patti (Charles) Betts, Pauline (Ron) Bell, David (Kay) Perkins, and Robert (Jenny) Perkins; two sisters: Canto and Cathy Deveraux; 22 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Preceded In Death By: Her husband, her parents and four brothers.
