Wanda J. Pullin Black a resident of Corpus Christi for 45 years and formerly of Nixon, Texas passed away on July 20, 2014 at the age of 74.
Wanda was born September 7, 1939 in Nixon, Texas to Loyal Beasley and Beatrice Floy Baker Pullin. She was a school secretary with Tuloso Midway for 20 years. She will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her husband Elder Ray Black of Corpus Christi, Texas; son: Britt 'Blacky' (Betty Beames) Black of Nixon, Texas; daughter: Brenda (Ricky) Jurach of Sinton, Texas; grandchildren: Tiffani and Chase Jurach.
Preceding in death are her parents Loyal and Beatrice Pullin; brother Vernon Loyal Pullin and nephew Vernon Kevin Pullin.
Pallbearers will be Karl Pullin, Keith Pullin, Sr., Corey Benoit, Chase Jurach, Tim Teas and Keith Pullin, Jr. Honorary pallbearer is Kevin Pullin.
Burial will follow service at Bundick Cemetery in Smiley, Texas.
