Earl Peel, age 90, of Centerville went to be with the Lord, Wednesday evening, March 30, 2005 at Mercy Medical Center, Centerville. He was born January 24, 1915 at Centerville the son of Elijah Peel and Dora(Green)Peel. He was raised in Centerville and attended the Centerville Schools.

He married Agnes Margaret Robbins of August 8, 1936 at Centerville, Iowa. He retired from Cater-Waters in 1979. He loved carpentry, crafts, fishing and hunting. He was an outdoorsman, a devoted husband, father and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife Agnes, four children Earlene McElroy and her husband William of Centerville, Sadie Ruth and her husband Verne of Centerville, Karen Radavich of Phoenix, AZ, George Earl Peel and his wife Linda of Green Top, MO, a brother George A. Peel of Centerville, 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Lonnie Clark and a son in law Nick Radavich.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Sunday, April 3, 2005 at the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, Centerville with Pastor Chris Watlett and Junior Robbins. Friends may call 10 am until 8 pm Saturday evening at the funeral home. The family will be receiving friends from Saturday, 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery, Centerville. A memorial has been established to the Bus Ministry of the Solid Rock Church of God and may be left at the funeral home.
