Nancy Ruth Parker, age 68, of Fort Smith, Arkansas died Monday October 3, 2005, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was a member of Grace Community Church in Fort Smith, retired from Sparks Medical Center in Fort Smith. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Melissa Ann Parker; and her father, Burl Ruth.
Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Fentress Mortuary Chapel with burial at Barling City Cemetery under the direction of Fentress Mortuary.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, one daughter and her husband, Ronnie, one son and his wife, six grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
