Died of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She is the daughter of Harry & Ethel Jordison Nellis. She graduated from Fort Dodge High School in 1946. Attended the Lutheran Nursing School in Des Moines. She married Gene Anderson at Fort Dodge in 1949. They farmed near Burnside and she was a bookkeeper for their business, Anderson Implement.
Survivors include husband Gene; daughter, Lisa Tapper, Webster City; sons, Lonnie and Randy Anderson, both Fort Dodge, and Todd Anderson, Lehigh; 14 grandchildren; sister, Deloris Fawkes, Fort Dodge; brother Glenn Nellis, Fort Dodge. She was preceded in death by parents.
