Colleen Joyce "Sally" Belford was born July 30, 1926, in Estill County, Ken., to Wilbur L. Marrs and Lelland (Cook) Marrs. She died Jan. 29, 2011, in Tulsa, Okla. She was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Belford, Jr., as well as by one brother, Richard Marrs. She is survived by three sons: Pat Belford and wife Cindy, Tim Belford and wife Rene', and Mike Belford and wife Deborah; one daughter: Leeann Wheeler of Bixby; seven grandchildren: Jennifer Locklear, Chris Belford, Bryan Belford, Allysa Belford, Julie Belford, Fletcher and Traci Ellis; 10 great-grandchildren; two nephews, Scott and Randy Marrs; and a sister-in-law, Wanda Marrs.
