Born April 11, 1952 in Clearwater, Florida, she was the daughter of Louis and Irene Beck Phillips. Mrs. Lucky was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her father and her daughter, Anna Marie Herrin.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Luckey; sons, Thomas Marvin Herrin, Billy Herrin, Bobby Phillips and Phillip Jason Boyd Luckey; her mother, Irene Beck Phillips; a sister, Patricia Flowers; brothers, Bobby Phillips, Raymond Phillips and Jimmy Phillips; 8 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
