Aurora Primeaux was born on October 5, 1870 in Abbeville LA to Louisiana natives Nemur Primeaux and his wife (Moss).

She married Victor Luquette and their home became 804 Orange Ave., Orange Texas around 1920 where Victor was employed at the Paper Mill, daughter Lydia working as a saleslady at the bakery. She was widowed in 1935 and never remarried. In 1927 both sons were living in the home at 1129 Ashley Ave. Jules was employed by Daniels Bakery and Victor Jr. was working as a salesman. Both sons are unmarried. 1931 found her living at 1405 Magnolia with Victor Sr., Jules, Victor Jr and his wife Jewell. In 1933 she lived at 1366 Atlanta Ave with her husband, Victor; son, Jules (who owned a bakery); and son Victor, Jr and his wife Jewell. After being widowed in 1935 she lived at 712 Tilson Street with both sons and her daughter in law. She was a housewife.

Ora died at Baptist Hospital of congestive heart failure complicated by arteriosclerotic heart disease and diabetes on September 13, 1952 (according to her death certificate, which means the headstone is incorrect.) at the age of 81.
